Story Reel (needs to change)

a 30 second story reel for my next big animation project. Let's hope this turns out well. I will make a lot of changes to this, but here's version one! Other versions soon be uploaded in the future! :)

New animations to start off the new year! :)

Something new to start up this year!

Aaannd my ninja is back! Here's more action from him!

Ok, the first clip is my throwing sack assignment, where we are assigned to make one of our characters or any characters toss the sack with our knowledge on gravity. I chose my ninja trying to pull up the sack, but failed in the end and he fell down.

The second clip is my final for my animation class. I procrastinated till the end, which is why it's incomplete, but i've tried my best! :) The given prompt of our final (15 seconds) is that our character is told that s/he cannot open this door, so we have to draw a reaction to that. lol (you can see what ive drawn)

Anyways, hope y'all enjoy this and peace out!

dec 8, 2010 sketches

Sometimes you'll feel like this....

Then you don't know what to do and then feels like this...

:D

Anyways, here are some random doodles I did instead of working on my animation final hw :D

Peace out!

Quadrupedal Run

Here's my little Hyena! :D Do you see a surprise?! :P Hope y'all like it! and comments and critiques are welcomed! Don't be shy, just give me a little c&c or anything! :)

Peace out!

Walk Cycle V2

My teacher (Dave Kuhn) wanted me to change the paper flow, and also add a drag to the pants so it looks realistic.

Here's the revision. I don't know, I guess I got a little lazy, therefore the paper is a bit jumpy.

See any surprises? :D

Walk Cycle V1

Here's my first assignment for animation! :D A normal simple walk cycle! :)

Animal sketches! :D

ok, these aren't sketches from a real live animal reference, but from the web. and the first drawing is from my imagination.. but regardless, here are some animal sketches! :D

Why did I have a sudden urge to draw animals? Well, this is for my new animation project, where we are required to draw an animal (preferably a mammal) running. Yes, a quadrupedal run. So that's fun. At first, I was thinking of using a Chinchilla, but they run too fast.. So three frames is too little, therefore I chose a Hyena! That's correct, these cackling four legged scavenger!
